Baked Cod fish

Hello, today I am posting for the first time in a long time. I don't think I have posted since my baby was born, little Julian. He will be 2 years old in a couple of months!

Here is a receipe Julian liked! Baked cod fish wrapped in foil paper.

Ingredients:
- Cod fillets
- Butter
- Salt, black pepper, parsley and lemon juice
- Green peppers
- Olive oil

Instructions:
1. Cut foil paper in pieces to wrap each fillet.
2. Make the fish sauce: mix melted butter, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
3. Chop the green peppers as desired.
3. Place each fillet in a foil paper and cover each fillet with the butter sauce you made.
4. Put some olive oil on top of each fillet.
5. Add green chopped green peppers to each foil wrap.
6. Close each foil wrap.
7. Bake them for 40 minutes in 375 F or until the fish temperature reaches at least 165 F.

As a side dish I boiled a skimless sweet potato and chopped it in slices after boiling.
