Deviled Eggs


Hello folks!
Today I am posting the Deviled Eggs recipe I have done for this year's Easter celebration.  




Ingredients
12 large eggs 
4 tablespoons mayonnaise 
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 
1/4 teaspoon salt
pinch of pepper 

Preparation

1. Place eggs in a saucepan large enough to hold them all in one layer. Cover with water. Bring to boil, then lower heat to a simmer and cook for 9 minutes. Fill a large bowl halfway with ice and water. When eggs have cooked, transfer them with a slotted spoon to ice bath. Let cool completely.
2. Peel eggs; cut each in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a bowl. Mash yolks with a fork until smooth. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper and mix until blended.
3. Transfer yolk mixture to a piping bag fitted with a plain or star tip, or to a ziplock bag. If using ziplock bag, seal bag and snip off one corner. Pipe yolk mixture into empty egg whites.

Easy Grilled Chicken Teriyaki

Hello guys, 

here it is a simple and tasty chicken recipe from allRecipes blog.

Ingredients:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic
2 teaspoons sesame oil
Salt

Directions:
1. Place chicken seasoned with salt, teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and sesame oil in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal bag, 2. and shake to coat. Place in refrigerator for 24 hours, turning every so often.
3. Preheat grill for high heat.
4. Lightly oil the grill grate. Remove chicken from bag, discarding any remaining marinade. Grill for 6 to 8 minutes each side, or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork.

Salmão com molho de alcaparras


Olá amigos, aqui vai uma receita de peixe simples e gostosa do site Tudo Gostoso.


INGREDIENTES
1 posta de salmão de 1 kg
1 dente de alho amassado
Azeite, suco de limão, alecrim, sal a gosto
Rodelas de batata pré-cozidas

Molho:
1 colher de sopa de manteiga
2 colheres de sopa de azeite
4 colheres de sopa de alcaparras
Salsinha a gosto


MODO DE PREPARO
1. Tempere o salmão com o suco de limão, o alho o alecrim e o sal
2. Deixe descansar na geladeira por 30 minutos
3. Numa travessa untada coloque as rodelas de batata, o salmão
4. Regue com azeite e leve para assar por 30 minutos coberto com papel alumínio
5. Retire o papel e deixe dourar

Molho:
1. Em uma frigideira aqueça a manteiga o azeite, coloque as alcaparras escorridas e lavadas (elas são muito salgadas) a salsinha e desligue
2. Retire o salmão do forno
3. Cubra com o molho e sirva

Brigadeiro

Hello again, friends!






This is the original Brigadeiro recipe which has the ball shape. There is another post with the cup brigadeiro version in my blog.

Ingredients:
1 can condensed milk (you can find at Ralphs)
3 tablespoons 
unsweetened cocoa powder (you can use regular chocolate power instead)
1 tablespoon unsalted  butter
chocolate sprinkles for decoration

How to prepare:


1. In a medium saucepan, set over medium-low heat, add the sweetened condensed milk, unsalted butter and salt. Sift in the cocoa powder as to avoid lumps; mix until thoroughly combined.  

2. Stir continuously for about 10 to 15 minutes, until the mixture has thickened. A good test is to swipe a spatula through the mixture and if it's thick enough to separate so you can see the bottom of the pan, then it's good to go. Pour the mixture into the lightly greased bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and transfer to the fridge to chill for at least 3 hours or overnight. 

3. Prep your decorating ingredients. On a large plate or cutting board, arrange the mounds of sprinkles. Lightly grease your hands with cooking spray or butter. Using a teaspoon, scoop out about a teaspoon of the chocolate mixture and roll it, on your palms, into a 1 1/2-inch ball and place inside of a small cupcake liner. Roll the ball in the sprinkle. Repeat the rolling and decorating process until you've worked your way through all of the chocolate mixture, spraying your hands with cooking spray every so often. 

4. Transfer the brigadeiros onto a cutting board or plate and place in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve.

Cup Brigadeiro

Hello, friends!





Today I am posting the Brigadeiro recipe. This is a brigadeiro version to be served in small plastic cups and need to be eaten with a spoon.

Ingredients:
1 can condensed milk (you can find at Ralphs)
1 can table cream (you can find at Ralphs)
3 tablespoons
unsweetened cocoa powder (you can use regular chocolate power instead)
1 tablespoon unsalted  butter
chocolate sprinkles for decoration

How to prepare:


1. In a medium saucepan, set over medium-low heat, add the sweetened condensed milk, unsalted butter and salt. Sift in the cocoa powder as to avoid lumps; mix until thoroughly combined.

Brazilian Carrot Cake

This recipe is Bruno's favorite cake and Claudia's recipe!

This cake has been very well accepted among our friends! :-)



Ingredients:
- 3 large carrots or 4 medium or 5 small
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 380 degrees.
2. Grease and flour a tube type baking pan. If you don't have it you can use a rectangular one.
3. Peel the carrots.
4. Mix carrots, eggs and oil in the blender. You can blend the entire carrots.
5. In a large bowl mix sugar, flour and baking power.
6. Add the blender's mixture to the large bowl and mix all.
7. Pour the mix into the prepared pan.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
9. After cool, removed the cake from the pan. 

Chocolate topping (optional):
 - 1 cup milk
-  1 cup white sugar
-  1 tablespoon butter
1. Mix all the ingredients into a pain.
2. Bring to boil until it is not too thick or just call me to ask :DDD
3. Add this chocolate topping to the cake!

Bolo de Mimosa (SEM LACTOSE)

Ingredientes:

- 3 mimosas (2 sem cascas e e sem sementes; 1 com casca e sem sementes)
corta os pedaços e bate no liquidificador com 4 gemas e põe:
- 1 xic de óleo
- 1 colher de sopa de fermento

Modo de Preparo:

Põe na tigela e acrescenta
- 2 xícaras de trigo
- 2 xícaras de açúcar
- 4 claras em neve
Leve para assar


Torta salgada de requeijão (mami)

Massa:

2 xícaras de farinha de trigo
1 colher de chá de sal
1 tablete de margarina derretida
1 ovo
2 colheres de sopa de leite
1 colher de sopa de fermento químico (royal)

Mistura tudo e amassa com a mão. Estender a massa num pirex de tamanho  ---- cm x --- cm, e estender nas bordas também, até uma altura média. Reservar.

Recheio:

1 xícara bem cheia de ricota (pode ser umas que vem já em pedacinhos ou então aquela tipo queijo)
200g de queijo ralado
1 lata de creme de leite ( caxinha pequena ou grnade?)
2 gemas
sal
2 claras em neve

Misturar a mão bem os 5 primeiros ingredientes, e adicionar as claras em neves ( que podem ser batidas na mão com auxílio daqueles utensílios para bater clara).

TORTA DE MELANCIA:

INGREDIENTES

1 melancia sem caroço
1 caixa de morangos em fatias finas
1 copinho de iogurte
1 caixa de blueberries
1 copo de amêndoas cortadas em fatias finas
Modo de preparo
1) Corte a parte de cima e de baixo da melancia
2) Corte a melancia ao meio
3) corte a metade ao meio também ( você agora tem 4 partes)
4) retire a casca de todas as partes
5) Corte cada uma dessas partes em 8 pedaços iguais
6) Forme um círculo com as partes

7) cubra toda a torta que vc montou com o iogurte
8) Forre a lateral da torta com as amêndoas picadas
9) Cubra o topo alternando uma fileira de morango e uma de blueberrie
10) Tcharammmmm…tá pronta a sua sobremesa saudável!!!

Torta de espinafre e ricota


Torta de espinafre e ricota

. 1 xícara (chá) de óleo
. 1 xícara (chá) de leite
. 1 tomate picado
.  4 ovos
. 2 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo
. 1 colher (chá) orégano
. 1/2 maço de espinafre cru bem picado
. 1 colher (chá) de sal
. 1/2 cebola picada
. 2 dentes de alho
. 10 azeitonas sem caroço e picadas
. 1 xícara (chá) de ricota, azeite de oliva
. Queijo parmesão ralado

Modo de preparo:

Para o recheio, doure a cebola, acrescente o alho, o espinafre e refogue bem. Faça uma mistura sem refogar de tomate, azeitona, orégano, azeite, sal e ricota esfarelada. Para a massa, bata o leite, os ovos, o óleo e a farinha no liquidificador. Espalhe uma camada sobre a forma untada e enfarinhada. Coloque uma camada de espinafre e outra da mistura de tomate e ricota. Cubra com o restante da massa, salpique com queijo parmesão em cima e leve em forno médio por 30 minutos ou até a massa ficar dourada.
